Luxury B&B and Self Catering Holiday Accommodation in Rural Worcestershire

Welcome to Willow Pond

We are now taking bookings for The Dairy, Eckington for November onwards.

Bookings for Willow Pond B&B are now being taken for August onwards.

Hello and Welcome to Willow Pond.

Willow Pond is a traditional black and white timber house and garden dating back to at least 1562.

At Willow Pond we offer self-catering holiday cottage and two bed and breakfast rooms.  The Dairy is our self-catering option for one or two people.  Sarah's and Tom's are our two b&b rooms.

The Dairy is a self-contained restored former cheese press. It is attached to the main house and has its own private entrance and gardens. It sleeps two (either in two singles or in a super king-size) and is also represented by Sawday’s Special Places with Gardens and Rural Retreats.

Sarah’s Room and Tom's Room are offered on a bed and breakfast basis.  Both beds are super-kingsize.  The bed in Tom's Room is a zip together and so can be two singles if required.  Both rooms have modern ensuite facilities: Sarah's has a large walk in shower and Tom's has a bath with shower over.  At the weekend we have a minimum stay of two nights and guests eat our continental or full English breakfast in our characterful 16th Century dining room.

Willow Pond and its acre of private garden, is tucked away within the the friendly village of Eckington.  Eckington has all the usual amenities including two pubs, recreation ground, two hairdressers, a church and a brilliant local shop.  Eckington Manor and Cookery School is also within the village.

We are located between Tewkesbury and Pershore on the Gloucestershire / Worcestershire borders.  The beautiful Avon curves around part of the village and we are at the foot of Bredon Hill (part of the Cotswold AONB), popular with walkers, birders and cyclists.

Willow Pond is the perfect place to relax and explore the beautiful countryside, including The Cotswolds and the Malvern Hills. We are within easy reach of several National Trust properties, including the stunning gardens of Hidcote and Snowshill. Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham are our nearest major towns and both within easy reach.

So, we hope you find something here that you like the look of.  We certainly love living here and we look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to Willow Pond.

We came for race week.  There were three of us and we stayed in the house in James's b&b rooms.  We come every year for the races and this was the first time for us at Willow Pond.  We absolutely loved it and were really sad to have to go home!  James was amazing!  Brilliant and amazing!  This is by far the best b&b we've ever stayed in. 100% in every respect.

An absolutely perfect place to stay during Gold Cup.  So comfortable and friendly.  James was a fantastic host and couldn't have done more - including rescuing us from a near scrape!!

We have had a lovely week here.  The Dairy is absolutely lovely and it was fun looking round the garden while James carried out various developments.  The extra touches are much appreciated and made us feel very welcome and cosseted.  The fresh flowers and pot hyacinths all over were a delight and so nice to have fresh fruit and a very generous hamper.  Everything we needed was here.  Thank you.
